Cancelling a ready-made order

You don't have to use this form. An email saying you want to cancel is just as good, and quicker — sales@ballbuddy.co.uk. The law says we have to give you the form, so here it is.

Please note: this applies to ready-made designs and pens. A custom stencil is personalised to you, so once we've started making it there is no change-of-mind cancellation — see delivery & returns. Before we start making it you can still cancel anything for a full refund, just by emailing us.

What happens next

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you're cancelling.
Then a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item was faulty or wrong — then we cover it.
We refund within 14 days of the goods arriving back, to the card you paid with, including the standard delivery you paid on the way out.
